Here we go a' Caroling

Christmas Eve was such mild weather, I suggested a little caroling was in order and everyone actually agreed to do it.  (I'd suggested it before, but no one would join me.)  James wanted to try to get some of the neighbors to join us as we went -- sort of a neighborhood sing along -- but, we decided that needed a little more planning.  Everyone but Bethany came along, because she wasn't feeling well.  We surprised so many friends who noted that no one else had been out singing this year.  We also found out that Christmas Eve is a good time for parties.  This means that either no one is home (away at a party) or their houses were full of people we didn't know inviting us in to share their Christmas joy.  Louise Curry sent us these pictures of our family singing "Joy to the World" in her house.  How fun! Louise was so sweet, she shared some of the best wassail in the world with us.  Yummy.
