Never a Dull Moment

After Rebecca fractured and dislocated bones in her saccro-coccygeal region (which is, after all, too much fun to NOT say), our family adventures got to be decidedly closer to home to accomodate her discomfort. But home can be the greatest adventure. Here are some highlights from the past week.

Here, Gabriella uses a tape measure to tell us that we are "ten pounds long".
Samuel gives Jake a drink from the hose.
Gabriella plays a game of Hit-yourself-in-the-face-with-the-Tetherball. This game is good for a laugh!
Granmere takes special care to water where the sprinklers don't do enough. Strangely enough, they seem to lack right where we planted "extras"... the family vegetable garden, the rasberries, the butterfly bushes, the strawberry patch, and the lilacs all get a little extra love from Granmere's hose.
James took a moment to act as Rebecca's hands in transplanting the squash... we accidentally planted tomatoes in front of it. Oops!
Standing long enough to give Granmere a perm was no problem for Rebecca (however, publishing this picture Bethany took might be.)
