Daelynn played outfield for her junior high softball team this year. It was a super short season due to the planned demolition and reconstruction of the school fields, but the girls were all super-excited to play. I missed every game besides the championship and still missed out on the first inning exciyement wherein a girl from the opposing team threw a softball into an MOJH team member's face, leaving a bloody gash and knocking out a tooth by the root! The offender offered her victim a silver dollar for the outted tooth which explained the end of the game winning cheer from Daelynn and her team of, "Take that, Tooth Fairie!" Sheesh...sports!
