Well, we weren't sure it would be. Samuel was a little afraid of this baby the first day. Gabrie drove him around for a while, but now he has the hang of it...we just have to keep the older sisters from driving it!

Grandmere sent racing cars that change colors like Easter eggs...What a BLAST!! Samuel loves his racing track. He has a backpack full of cars and is always ready to go racing.

Our family doesn't throw real parties until the fifth birthday, but that didn't stop us from celebrating and having a good time. The day landed in the middle of my not feeling hot to trot, so Samuel's request for brownies instead of a fancy cake was perfect! Grandmere and Lisa sent their presents early enough for us to wrap them up and Rachel dropped in with Sam's favorite -- CARS!

Remember last year, when Sam covered his ears and asked us to stop singing? He liked the song better this time around and was excited to see his "Wacing Twack Bwownies".
